Return Policy

Secret Spot Cyclery will accept product exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet these strict criteria:

Original Condition: The product must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

Please note: If the item or packaging is not in its original "like-new" condition, we cannot accept it for exchange.
Proof of Purchase: You must be the original purchaser and provide a valid Secret Spot Cyclery order confirmation.
Direct Purchase: We only process exchanges for items purchased directly through www.secretspotcyclery.com.

The Exchange Process

Store Credit Only: We only exchange returned products for other Secret Spot Cyclery merchandise. We do not offer cash, credit card, or digital payment refunds.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to our facility.
Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Custom Build" are not eligible for exchange.

Before shipping any items back to us, please contact our team at info@secretspotcyclery.com. We will review your request and provide you with the next steps and the appropriate return address.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Secret Spot Cyclery, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can get out on the road.

1. Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@secretspotcyclery.com or call.

Orders can only be canceled before they have entered the "Shipped" status.
Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final and must be treated as a Return (subject to our Return Policy).

2. Shipping Costs (Non-Refundable)

Please Note: In the event of a cancellation—even if the order has not yet been fulfilled or picked up by the carrier—all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Why is this? Once an order is placed, our system immediately begins the fulfillment process, which includes administrative costs and, in many cases, the immediate purchase of non-refundable shipping labels and insurance. By placing an order at www.secretspotcyclery.com, you agree that shipping fees are forfeited upon cancellation.

3. Processing Fees

Cancelled orders may also be subject to a 5% credit card processing fee. These are fees charged by the payment processor (Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) that are not returned to us when we issue a refund.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team, your original payment method will be credited for the cost of the merchandise and taxes only. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Special Orders & Custom Builds

Cancellations are not permitted on "Special Order" items or custom bike builds once the build process or parts procurement has begun
